Due to the strong growth of our organization, we are looking for a:

Teamleader Product Care & Administration

The Teamleader reports directly to the Head of Product R&D and oversees support processes to internal interfaces, such as Production Planning, Product management and Process Optimization, and is responsible for the internal technical product documentation.

The role:

The position is open effective immediately and is located at the Headquarters in Mierlo.

Duties for the Teamleader will include the following:

  • Leadership of the Product Care and Administration team

  • Responsible for internal technical product documentation

  • Support of the Production Planning department, e.g. stock management and recipe change approval

  • Support of the Quality Control and Quality Management department

o Decision about corrective measures in case of product quality deviations

o Provision of technical content for up to date product test plans, methods and specifications.

o Customer complaint management

  • Continuous update and maintenance of existing recipes (semi-finished and finished products)

  • Update and alignment of internal product documentation (test plans, recipes and customer specifications) with Quality Management, Product Management and Production Planning)

  • Continuous optimization of internal departmental processes

About you, as our ideal candidate:

The prospective candidate should have structured approach to problem solving and a data based approach to decision making. Being highly self-motivated, showing strong self-discipline and a structured approach to practices & improvements he/she has the ability to create local strategy and actively deliver improvements.

Additional characteristics/skills we are looking for are the following:

  • 3+ years experience in a food manufacturing environment, e.g. in Quality Management

  • Former Lead or Supervisory experience preferred

  • Attention to detail, accurate and concise

  • Background in food recipe management is a plus

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Natural problem solver.

  • Experience in working with ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics)
