EXBERRY® has a Coloring Food range that has been developed specifically for use in hard-panned applications, delivering a homogeneous appearance to the colored shell. The pH level, water quality, and acidity are key considerations for certain shades.
For soft-panned applications, performance is dictated by the pH, dosage levels, heat applied and the final product packaging.
