Purchase Quality Specialist (m/f/d) Full- or Part-Time
We are looking for a proactive Purchase Quality Specialist (m/f/d) to support our quality assurance processes within the procurement and supply chain function. This role is essential in ensuring that purchased materials and components meet our strict quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements and specifications.
Your key responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring and evaluating supplier quality performance.
- Create and maintain purchase specifications and supplier documents
- Maintain and update supplier quality records and certificates.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding non-conformities and corrective actions.
- Independently conducting supply chain audits, local and abroad.
- Improving quality standards across the entire supply chain.
- Prepare reports and KPIs related to supplier quality performance.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and external regulations.
- Collaborate with purchasing and production teams to resolve quality issues.
Your qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in food science, supply chain or agriculture with a minimum of 3 years work experience.
- Basic knowledge of quality standards (e.g., FSSC 22000, IFS, HACCP, GMP, Global G.A.P.).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP and BI systems is a plus.
- Data and IT preferences.
- Audit experience and openness to travel (approx. 30% willingness to travel).
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a structured manner as well as solution oriented.
- Good command of German, Dutch and English; additional languages are an advantage.
