EXBERRY® Shade Intense Pink Blossom expands our range of pink shades for the Europe and Asia-Pacific markets. Made from purple sweet potato and carrot, it provides multiple benefits for food and beverage manufacturers including:

A heat-stable, liquid-based concentrate

EXBERRY® Shade Intense Pink Blossom is a heat-stable, liquid-based concentrate that is especially well suited to beverage applications. It also offers excellent results in applications including aerated gums, high-boiled confectionery, ice cream, yogurt, and water ice.

The color is made using physical processing methods and can be labeled simply as “concentrate (sweet potato and carrot)” in the EU and UK.
