Sales Support / Customer Support (50%)

Location: Poznan

 The role:

The role of Customer Support will involve supporting and guide the local sales team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth sales operations and enhancing customer relationships.

What do we expect of you?

The position is located in Poznan. Duties for the Customer Support will include the following:

  • Create and present compelling sales presentations for both the sales team and customers, highlighting our unique value propositions.
  • Attend sales reviews and monitor follow-up actions.
  • Assist sales managers in managing customer relationships, including both end customers and distributors.
  • Developing and maintaining a good commercial relationship with existing and new customers.
  • Follow of samples and price offer, payments and shipments as per the confirmed ETD.
  • Effectively manage the office administration responsibility.
  • Support sales team to arrange flight, hotel and local transport if needed for customer visit.
  • Dealing with basis customers.
  • Arrange internal and external shipments and couriers.

What can you offer us?

The prospective candidate should have these requirements:

  • Experience in a similar position.
  • Besides Polish, is Fluency in English is essential.
  • Experience with CRM MS Dynamics or similar customer relationship management systems.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in an international organization.
  • Be a self-starter, taking ownership of projects and driving them to successful completion.
