Do you know what this soft, sweet, and gooey dessert is called? 🍡 This week we take you to Japan 🇯🇵 for a colorful new interpretation of a popular food. This rice dough, also called mochi, is traditionally made by soaking the grains in water and then pounding them with a large mallet. Usually a two-person job, one will smash the mochi while the other works the dough in a rhythmic pattern that is captivating to watch! . Often filled with ice cream, we decided to combine the unique texture of the Mochi with chocolate chip cookie dough 🍪 to give it a deliciously unique new spin. . And of course, we couldn’t decide which color we liked best we made a whole rainbow to choose from! 🌈🌱 . 🎉 Let us know in the comments below what you would fill your mochi with and we’ll pick one winner this week to send a sample kit of our EXBERRY natural colors to try out! .
