Due to the growth of the GNT Group we are looking for full-time:
MARKETING MANAGER
As Marketing Manager you will be working at our main location in Mierlo. In this role, you will collaborate closely with your direct team in the marketing department, a friendly and close‑knit team of 4. You will also work closely with our marketing colleagues worldwide.
What do we expect from you as a Marketing Manager?
- Own and execute the international marketing strategy for GNT/EXBERRY® in alignment with Sales priorities and overall global company and brand strategy.
- Drive strategic marketing initiatives and go-to-market programs across functions and regions, ensuring alignment of stakeholders at senior level and delivery of measurable business impact.
- Bring market and customer insights (category trends, competitor moves, customer pain points around clean label and performance) back to global/central teams to sharpen positioning and priorities.
- Translate the EXBERRY® value proposition (100% natural, fruit/vegetable/plant-based) into consistent, high-impact messaging and content for B2B audiences across regions and cultures.
- Lead key B2B touchpoints (website, newsletters, webinars, trade-show communication) and ensure content is technically correct, on-brand, and supports customer conversion in the food and beverage industry.
- Partner closely with Sales, Product Management and Application/Technical teams to equip them with customer-ready storylines, presentations, sales decks and case material that win in real customer conversations.
- Plan and manage budgets and performance tracking for your activities; provide structured reporting, learnings and corrective actions to meet agreed KPIs (e.g., leads, engagement, pipeline support).
- Represent GNT internationally at customer/partner trainings and events to align messaging, strengthen collaboration, and support growth in key markets
- You directly lead a team of four marketing professionals.

What experience and skills do you bring?
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within ingredients, food & beverage or a related industry, with proven impact on lead generation and sales enablement.
- Demonstrated track record of translating strategy into measurable commercial impact, e.g. pipeline generation, market growth or successful market entry.
- Hands-on experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new propositions, categories or innovations, including positioning, value proposition development and commercial activation.
- Strong understanding of B2B business and how to equip commercial teams as well as partners with the right story and tools.
- Analytical and conceptual strength: you turn market/customer insights into clear positioning, campaigns and practical materials.
- Hands-on and execution-oriented: you can independently move from concept to launch across channels (digital, events, etc).
- Structured and ownership-driven: you manage multiple stakeholders, timelines and budgets, and you follow through end-to-end.
- Proven ability to lead and align diverse senior stakeholders in complex, cross-functional projects, driving decisions and ensuring execution in an international environment.
- Collaborative and relationship-focused, able to work effectively with colleagues and partners across countries, cultures and functions.
